What matters for high-drain packs
- Continuous & pulse C-rate: the cell must deliver the tool’s stall and peak current without overheating.
- Voltage sag: low internal resistance keeps power up under load.
- Cycle life under high-rate cycling: high-drain duty ages cells faster, so rated cycle life matters.
- Batch consistency: uniform internal resistance across the batch keeps multi-cell packs balanced.
